Corporation.

open or download an application
form, print it out, complete it, and mail it to (do
this only if you have NOT taken courses with us within the
last year)

a Concurrent Enrollment
Form for Students Below 11th Grade, print it out, and
have your principal sign it. Take this form to the instructor
of the class on the first day of class (or contact the instructor
beforehand), and finally take this form to the Admissions
Office.
